It’s almost Christmas…and you know what that means: gift guides!
If you have a blogger friend, daughter, son, husband, wife, etc…then this gift guide is for you. In this post, I’ll be sharing the top 5 things you can give to your blogger/writer loved one for Christmas.
Let’s get started.
Full Disclosure: Some of these links may be affiliate links, which means if you purchase something through one of my links I may get a small payment at no extra cost to you.
#1: A Planner
Every blogger needs a planner to plan out the upcoming year’s content, and now that 2020 is coming up, it’s time for a new one.
Amazon has a whole range of planner designs that you can choose from, like this one – a weekly and monthly hardcover pink and grey marble planner.
#2: Office Decor
What is an office without cute decor? Every writer needs a bit of inspiration sprinkled into their lives (or eh hem, office)…whether that’s in the form of succulents, pen holders, or wall frames.
Like this one: The “I don’t need an inspirational quote, I need coffee” design…great for writers of any kind. (Price: $11.95)
Or what about these cute artificial (can’t kill them!) succulent plants in marbled ceramic planters? You can get a set of four for just $24.99.
Or this desktop note holder for $14.95…
And finally, this creative design pen holder for $12.99.
There’s nothing to say here.
The mugs speak for themselves.
#4: Laptop/Laptop Accessories
I think one of the best gifts that you can give any writer is a new laptop or some laptop accessories because you are doing one of two things: Either a) Your adding inspiration by giving them cute, quirky stickers, keyboard stickers,or other designs, or b) you’re adding to their productivity by providing a better laptop, mouse, keyboard, or other equipment.
Sometimes, all you need is some stickers to decorate the laptop from their favorite movies, tv shows, or even favorite quotes.
Other times, you need something bigger and better – like this adjustable portable laptop holder so you never have to get out of bed.
#5: Camera/Camera Equipment
Before you freak out about the price, hear me out.
You don’t have to get an ultra awesome DSLR Camera or even some super-expensive camera equipment.
You can simply buy this selfie light – a clip-on light for taking selfies on your phone.
Or, even better, this clip-on Camera Lens for $5.60.
And if you are a bit confused on why writers need camera equipment, think stock photography for articles – speaking of, if you can give a stock photography membership, that’s a good gift, too.
#6: A Blogger’s Wardrobe
When in doubt, get a t-shirt…related to their passion, of course. (Price: $18.92).
There is thousands of designs on sites like Amazon or RedBubble, and you can get them as sarcastic and witty as you like. And, if you can’t find a design you want, try making one at a print-on-demand site like Printify or Printful.
What’s a writer without a journal? Sure, us bloggers type up our articles and do a lot of things online, but sometimes we also scribble down notes, reminders, and even outline our blog posts on paper before we type it up and hit publish.
If you are going to get a gift for a blogger or writer, focus on one or two things: either
A) Something that is useful, such as a planner, camera equipment, or a stock photo membership.
B) Something that lets them express their passion or decorations for their office, such as a creativie pen holder or witty t-shirt designs.
